A Strong Leader with Deep Operational Experience
Throughout her career, Heather has built extensive expertise across:
Operations

Strategic planning and organizational efficiency
This diverse background uniquely positions her to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly while working closely with our CEO to strengthen systems, improve efficiency, and support long-term organizational success.

Please join us in congratulating Heather on this well-deserved transition.
